MindManager is a versatile tool for preparing and presenting.
1. Create a map that focuses on your audience and what they need or would like to
hear and see.
2. Then outline your presentation, with speaker notes, ideas and any visuals you have.
3. Decision time. Are you:
|
- Just going to speak using the map as notes?
- Will the map be presented to the audience at the end of the presentation?
- Will the map be used to create a handout in Word?
- Will you present using MindManager in Normal or Presentation Mode?
- Are you going to convert the map to PowerPoint?
- Are you going to do all of the above?
|
|
Here is one I did earlier. I will let the content speak for itself. The decisions I made
were:
- To export to PowerPoint and use this for the static parts of the presentation
- To use MindManager in Presentation mode to capture and display information from
the audience
- To use a sketch in MindManager Ink to create a matrix on the screen
- To hand out an outline as a map with all the hyperlinks to the references visible
and a link to a web page with that clickable image map on it.

You can see the presentation which is about "Growing a Valuable Business" in three

Simon Morice shot and edited the videos. They are the first stage of producing a
shorter showcase video of this presentation and then perhaps a video about the
MindManager techniques employed.
