Do you have an agenda, do you make a record and do you publish meeting content
immediately? Perhaps you can say yes (maybe all) to some of these questions but
perhaps you are here because you are wondering how MindManager can help you.
Let me make a few suggestions:
|
|
The Agenda:
- Make a map of the key points, link these to relevant documents or web pages.
- Include all the standard stuff: Where, When, Who, Why, What and How (see Six
Thinking Hats for one How)
- Publish this and distribute to attendees. If there are non-MindManager users then
export to the web or Word. Use Export > Pack and Go to make sure they get all
the documents.
|
|
The Meeting:
- Use a beamer and your map to drive the meeting and record the key points.
- If you are connected to the WWW or your office network you can bring relevant
documents to the screen.
- Use the task pane to give actions: dates, owners and priority.
- If you use JCVGantt you could switch this into a time line view (Practise this first
you will need to be careful about what topics become tasks)
- Use relationships to show any action that are linked in a sequence.
|
|
After the Meeting:
- Publish the meeting map or export to Word or HTML and send it to the attendees
and other interested parties.
- Get on with your actions, you don't need to write the minutes.
