It may be best to work on a large MindManager map containing
everything about the central topic or focus. Printing such a large map is
a problem which you can overcome with Tips 1 and 2 but this tip may
be even better for you.
For each Main Topic create a new map which is linked to the original
map. How do you do this? Select the Main Topic > right click > Send to
> New Linked Map. Accept the defaults and all the sub topics will be
transferred to the new map. There will be a hyperlink from the child
back to parent and vice versa. You can take the alternative approach
and leave the topics on the parent as well as creating a child map but
then you have the data in two places which may lead to complications.
To print all the maps associated with the parent. Open the parent in
Multimap Workspace view, select the levels you need, Select All and
then print. The parent and each of the Main Topics will be printed on a
separate sheet.
You can't print preview this, so you may wish to print to PDF first to
check the output.
If you ever need to recombine all the maps, use the Combine All option
in Multimap Workspace to create a new map with everything in one
map. It won't be arranged exactly like your original.
