Hi there.

I don't know what I've done, but somehow I've managed to do something which has resulted in new topics being created anti-clockwise.

I'm sure it's a simple setting somewhere, but I can't find it!

Any suggestions?

I think this is being caused by the Tools > Options > Edit > Balance New Main Topics.  Untick the box.
