Business Acceleration

If you open JCVGantt now you will see nothing in the plan view. There is a mechanism in MindManager which stops topics being displayed in JCVGantt and all the task information displayed on the topics. Previously if you inadvertently opened a large map and then used JCVGantt every topic would get task information added.

Now you have to select each topic which is a task, milestone or summary task and click the Show Branch in JCVGantt button.

Now click the Show JCVGantt button and your plan will start to appear in JCVGantt and task information will be added in the MindManager view. You might like to split your screen between the MindManager and JCVGantt windows.

At the moment JCVGantt is ignoring the relationship or predecessor information. Go to the JCVGantt Options and Synchronise MindManager Relationships. Your plan will start moving around and finally you will see the real time line for the project.
