Top left is the JCVGantt Button and hidden there are the Parameters.

There are some important parameters here:

1. Your date format, currency and default duration unit

2. I recommend setting Autorecover to 5 minutes

3. Under Fonts you can change font, size, style, text and background colour

4. Under Calendar you can set working hours for every day, add public holidays and company breaks, create new calendars for different groups of people and individual calendars (with personal holidays and training days).

5. Specify the location(s) of the Resource Pool(s) and manage them.
