Business Acceleration

You have the choice of integer hours, days, weeks and months in MindManager. Use the first letter or the drop down to select the units. Note: In JCVGantt you can use decimal units but you will only see the rounded integer in MindManager.

Duration is the elapsed time for a task not the working time. A task may have a duration of two weeks but the individual or team working on it may only need 16 hours of actual work. They could be working on other tasks at the same time or just be waiting for responses from suppliers.
