Who is going to do these tasks? Now is the time to assign resources. There are three ways to do this:

1. Add them in JCVGantt: Select a Task then Properties > Resource. You can right click a task as well.

2. In MindManager: select a Topic, open the Task Pane and add type your resource name in the box. You can use commas to separate names but I advise only making one person responsible for a task. If other people are involved, assign them to sub-topics.

3. In MindManager: right click a topic > Text Markers > Resources and either select a name form the list or add a new name.

You can see how the resources are being used over time in the project in the Resource usage view. Make sure you are not overloading someone.
